20-year Wedding Anniversary

For our twenty-year wedding anniversary, we decided to take a weekend together.  We traveled to Leavenworth WA (a Bavarian Themed town) and stayed in a Bed & Breakfast overnight.

 It was very snowy and cold, and we pulled over on the side of the road for this "selfie" on our way.

 We enjoyed shopping in Leavenworth, and eating bratwurst.

On our drive back we stopped in Roslyn WA -- a town that was the backdrop for TV Series - Northern Exposure.

 Here is the famed wall mural from the series, and below is a bar named "The Brick".

We really enjoyed our time together, but were also anxious to get back home since it was the first time we left the kids home alone overnight.
